What You Need

Silver Ring

If you like it then you should have put a ring on it

A fairy door is perfect for anyone who likes a bit of magic in their life. To make one yourself is even better as you'll have a great time exploring the versatility of polymer clay. Bring a friend, make new ones or just immerse yourself in a few hours of creating.

The workshop takes around 3 hours and there's always coffee and tea!

Your fairy door will need to be hardened in an oven and can be collected after a few days or delivery can be arranged.

The workshop lasts for about three and a half hours. Check out the calendar for availability and booking options.

Extrude Away

Extruder Fun

This is the perfect workshop for those completely new to polymer clay (but still great fun if you have had the pleasure of working with this clay before). During school holidays there are sessions for those who would like to share creative time with a younger person (10 and older).

Using an extruder with polymer clay will give you a pleasant surprise every time you use it.

It blends colours and creates shapes with which you can make gorgeous patterns to be used for jewellery, coasters, a key dish, buttons, key rings, jar decorations, tealight holder and I'm sure the list of possibilities will grow.

Mokume Gane

A Workshop with Japanese Origins

Mokume gane is a technique originally used by Japanese master metalsmiths in the 17th century. They used different coloured metals to create flowing layers in sheaths and handles.

This technique pstill produces stunning effects today, not only in metalsmithing, but also with polymer clay. A mokume gane polymer clay workshop will give you the chance to work with this technique and no doubt result in unexpected patterns and colours that will form a veneer for a variety of jewellery pieces.
